Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

Because many of our products are low-cost items, fidget toys, squishies, accessories, and limited-stock viral finds, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or items that have been opened/used.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos or video of the issue
• A short explanation of what happened

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an order issue is confirmed and approved by our support team. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other situations outside of our control are not eligible for refunds.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale, clearance, limited stock, or promotional items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
